REALIS GROUP was founded in 2013 with the intention of building a comprehensive corporate communications and real estate investment portfolio. Due to a continuous and deliberate growth, today the group is simultaneously involved in real estate development, asset management, branding and communications for large domestic and international companies.
In addition to solid, fair foundations and a committed project approach, we also pay attention to the unique character of each assignment and its potential, social impact and benefit.

Dr. Schrancz Mihály

The founding CEO Dr. Mihály Schrancz, holds a PhD in architecture and monumental protection, followed by a Dr. habil. degree. He has 20+ years of international real estate industry experience gained at the Hamburg based shopping centre developer ECE and Hochtief AG in Frankfurt. He taught at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics for 8 years as an Associate Professor. He is a founding member of the Hungarian BIM Association and has held the position of the HuGBC board member for several years.
Under his leadership, Property Market LTD became one of the TOP3 largest real estate development companies in Hungary, during which time it expanded its active development portfolio fivefold. In 2022, 26 projects were under development, with a total value of HUF 500 billion. Under its professional leadership, Property Market developed one of the capital’s iconic hotel and office projects, the BEM Center, as well as the Dürer Park project.
In 2022, BudaPart, the largest private real estate development project in Budapest’s history, was awarded the FIABCI – World Prix d’Excellence International Property Development Excellence Award, the real estate Oscars.
Duca Andrea

Andrea Duca holds a degree in sociology and economics from IBS and Corvinus University, and has 20+ years of professional experience in communications, branding and events. She is a guest lecturer at Metropolitan University and Budapest Business School.
She is leading the professional team of HD Communication, a TOP5 player in the domestic BTL market, with regular international clients such as MOL, Telekom, Toyota, ALDI and MASTERCARD. Her work has been awarded numerous times by the communication and event industry, including EVENTEX, the most prestigious international event management competition. Her EVENT INSIDER Podcast has become one of the most acclaimed opinion and knowledge sharing shows in the industry.
She is a mentor at the Protégé Talent Lab. For 3 years, she was the head of the Communication Club of the Hungarian-French Chamber of Commerce. Currently a member of the Board of the SOS Children’s Villages Foundation.
